  • Yes, drone coverage is included in our video packages to capture stunning aerial perspectives of your venue. Please note that drone operation is always subject to weather conditions and local venue regulations.

  • To officially reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a 30% booking fee.

  • Travel fees and accommodations for destination weddings are customized based on the location. We will provide a clear, transparent breakdown of these costs during your inquiry process so there are no surprises.

  • Depending on the size of your celebration and the selected package, we typically work with a team of two professionals (2 per team) to ensure every perspective, glance, and detail is beautifully captured.

  • We know how excited you are to relive your day! You will receive a 30-second to 1-minute teaser within 2 weeks of your wedding and a photo preview 72 hours after the event. Your final cinematic film (ranging from 8 to 15 minutes and full photo gallery, (depending on your package) will be delivered shortly after through a private digital gallery within 3 month prior to the event.

  • We completely understand that wedding days can be unpredictable! If your timeline runs a bit behind we got you cover!

    However, if you intentionally decide to extend the celebration or want us to stay for an extra hour or two to capture more of the party that wasn't included in your original contract, we’ve got you covered. We can easily provide our hourly rate on the spot, and you can simply settle the balance for those extra hours after the wedding.

  • We love collaborating with wedding planners! We believe that seamless teamwork is key to an effortless day. Once you book with us, we will coordinate directly with your planner to review the timeline, logistics, and venue details.

    However, we like to make our own timeline as a photo and video team.

    This technical timeline integrates all the notes, key shots, visual references, and specific details you mentioned during our video calls, such as your color palette, equipment coordination, or specific emotional moments you want us to prioritize. By combining your planner’s logistics with our tailored visual timeline, we ensure our team is completely aligned to deliver our absolute best work without you having to worry about a thing.

  • Your full photo and video gallery will be delivered digitally through a Pic-time private online link via email. From there, you can easily download your high resolution files, watch your videos, hide photos from guests and share the link with your family and friends.

  • o maintain our editorial and cinematic storytelling standard, we carefully select and license high-quality music that perfectly matches the raw emotion, rhythm, and unique vibe of your specific day. However, we always love hearing about your musical tastes during our planning chats to ensure the final film feels entirely like you.

Destination Weddings & International Clients

  • Planning from afar is incredibly common for us, and we have streamlined the entire process to make it effortless. We will schedule video calls to connect face-to-face, discuss your vision, review your color palette, and build your customized photo/video timeline. We are also always available via email and what’s app for any quick questions, ensuring you feel completely supported and connected every step of the way.

  • For destination weddings, our team always arrives at least one day or two before the first scheduled event. This allows us to scout the venue, check lighting conditions, coordinate with your wedding planner, and make sure we are fully prepared and rested to begin documenting your welcome party or wedding day flawlessly.

  • We make the booking process as simple as possible for our international clients. To officially secure your date, we accept digital transfers via popular international platforms like Remitly for the 30% booking fee. The remaining 70% balance can be settled using the same method 15 days before your wedding day.

    Note for destination weddings: If your wedding planner is based locally in Mexico, we can also coordinate directly with them if you prefer to arrange a cash payment for any of the balances. Just let us know during our planning call, and we’ll align with your wedding planner.

  • Your memories are entirely safe, and you don’t have to worry about a thing. We use professional, dual-slot cameras that instantly back up every moment onto two memory cards simultaneously during the event. Before we even leave the venue or board a flight, your footage is securely backed up to multiple physical hard drives. We never wipe our memory cards until your final photos and films are safely delivered.
